Collection Of Information
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us.
- For example, we collect information when you communicate with us. If you register for an account with the Services, or contact us via the Services, we require that you provide certain personal information that could reasonably be used to contact you or to identify you personally which may include, but not be limited to, your name, email address, postal address, phone number, business name, business address, and any other information you choose to provide. If you choose to use certain services offered via the Services, you may choose to provide certain information necessary to provide such services that RangeMe will store.
- If you choose to make a payment on the Services, RangeMe may ask you to provide your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, as well as certain financial information (e.g., credit card number) for the purposes of payment and processing of any order. Such information would be sent through a trusted third party vendor for processing. RangeMe may collect the billing name, billing address, card type, last four card digits, expiration date, approval codes, reason code and date for denial for verification and to enhance the customer experience.
- You may choose to receive certain communications from RangeMe via your email address upon interaction with the Services. From time to time RangeMe may include surveys, information requests, or other features on the Services which ask you to provide personal information such as your name, telephone number, email address or mailing address. Any information you may provide will be used by RangeMe to allow you to participate in the particular feature being offered. RangeMe may also retain any information you provide in order to send you information about RangeMe products and services that may be of interest to you. We may use one or more service providers to administer these messages, but we do not share your email address with spammers or any other third parties without your permission.
- We may combine the personal information you submit directly through this Services with other personal information we have collected from you, whether on- or offline. We may also combine it with information we receive about you from other sources, such as other companies, publicly available information sources, and other third parties.

The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. Advertising And Analytics Services Provided By Others
We do not intentionally collect information from individuals under the age of 13. The Services is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 and we request that these individuals not provide personal information through this Services.
You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account, emailing us at email@example.com. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Marketing and Promotional Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from RangeMe by following the instructions in those emails or by emailing email@example.com and requesting to be removed from our mailing list. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Your California Privacy Rights
California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. However, please note that under the law, Services such as ours that permit California residents to opt in to, or opt out of, this type of sharing are not required to provide such information upon receiving a request, but rather may respond by notifying the user of his or her right to prevent the disclosure. EU Data Subjects
In the European Economic Area and Switzerland (“EU”), “Personal Data” is defined very broadly and includes any information about a natural person, who can be identified, directly or indirectly, from data that we hold about them or from data that is combined with other information. We may transfer your Personal Data outside the EU to the United States or any country that RangeMe or its service providers may have operations. Any transfer of your personal information will be subject to a European Commission approved contract (as permitted under the General Data Protection Regulation) that is designed to help safeguard your privacy rights and give you remedies in the unlikely event of a misuse of your personal information.
