The concept of RangeMe came to Nicky while developing a range of baby skincare products. Looking for ways to achieve fast distribution, she had the idea to create a single network to match sellers with buyers looking for products like theirs. Before launching RangeMe Nicky worked as a Marketing Executive at Kellogg’s, Uncle Toby’s, Goodman Fielder, Pepsico and Jim Beam.
A keeper of an entrepreneurial spirit, Nicky is also a leading voice for women in business and technology. The accelerated growth of RangeMe with her at the helm has catapulted Nicky as a true pioneer in the CPG Technology space. Nicky currently resides in San Francisco with her beautiful family of four.
Beginning his career with PwC, Darryl has worked with several multinationals including the BBC and Merrill Lynch. Darryl has a great track-record of getting results through the smart application of innovation. He’s founded and steered a number of award winning start-ups, most recently Healthshare where he led the team in developing digital solutions for GSK, Pfizer, Unilever, Bayer, Novartis and Johnson & Johnson.
An expert in technology, with an entrepreneurial spirit, Ricky has been involved in launching, growing and selling start-ups for over a decade. His successes include web app development company Insight Websites and operations software provider Macromatix (now Red Book Connect), powering brands like McDonalds, KFC and Starbucks. As VP of R&D at MacromatiX, Ricky built the mobile development and product teams from scratch and helped grow the business globally, resulting in its sale to TPG Growth in 2012.
Kevin is a veteran at building customer success and support teams. Prior to joining RangeMe he was a founding member of the B2B team at Prezi. There he built and scaled the customer success and business support operations while working with customers from every conceivable vertical and location all around the world.
Brandon leads a talented and energetic marketing team focused on the growth of the RangeMe marketplace. He brings with him a unique blend of high-volume user acquisition and enterprise demand generation. Brandon has held senior marketing roles for nearly a decade, most recently at Quri and, before that, Aria Systems. Brandon is a father, a husband and native San Franciscan.
David brings to RangeMe extensive experience nailing product market fit and growing early stage companies. Previously, he helped guide SmartRecruiters from a free product to a global platform serving enterprise customers like Visa and Atlassian. David is an MIT graduate and was also an entrepreneur in residence at Redstar Ventures where he raised capital to start FamilyBridge, a caregiving company. David is an accomplished writer with numerous award winning plays and films.
An experienced Sales & Marketing Executive, Carly was a founding team member at Healthshare, an award winning digital platform servicing global CPG brands such as Nestle, Unilever, GSK, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. Before that, she was a senior client relationship manager at leading media publishers including Bauer Media Group, News Life Media and Fairfax Media.
Based in San Francisco, Ido sits on numerous corporate/advisory boards including Soma Water, Birchbox, Joyus, and Ruby Ribbon, and was recently appointed as the independent Board Director of Telecom New Zealand, replacing Global CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Kevin Roberts. Ido also sits on The United Nations Foundation Global Entrepreneur Council & The Dell Global EIR Advisory Board. Ido has been variously described as among the 1000 most creative people in business, one of 30 top entrepreneurs under 30, and as one of the top 50 Achieving Australians outside of Australia

In addition to Freestyle Capital, he started two successful Internet companies, Spinner and Grouper/Crackle, which were acquired by AOL Time Warner and Sony for $320 million and $65 million, respectively. Josh graduated from Duke and Fuqua, where he is currently on the boards of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Task Force.

Zac sits as a Non-Executive Director on a number of company boards in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK.
Andrew has extensive grocery experience, spending 16 years as CEO of Metcash (IGA), Australia’s third largest grocery retailer. During his time with the Metcash Group he also acted in roles as Executive Director, Group Operations Director, Marketing Director, IT Director and Division Manager. He currently Chairs The Apparel Group (a privately owned Australian fashion retailer) and is a Non-Executive Chairman of SG Fleet Group Limited (a Company listed on the ASX).
Lance holds numerous Chairman, Director and Advisory Board seats at several consumer goods and internet start-up companies, including Bellabox, District8, Hollywood Fashion Tape, Updater Inc, Soma Water and Cuzin Shopping. David established Com Tech Communications with $10,000 capital, and built it up to annual revenues of $700m, profits of $40m and 1,400 employees when it was acquired. Following this, David’s invested in a number of young start-up and early stage tech companies, many of which have been successfully sold, including Macromatix.
Along with RANGEme David has invested in, and actively mentors, management teams at Pocketbook, ShopReply, Clipp, Assetic, OneBigSwitch, ZipMoney and OurCrowd. He’s also Non-Executive Chairman of Montech Holdings Limited, an ASX-listed cloud-focussed software and services company.
With over 15 years’ corporate finance experience, including 9 years at Investec Bank, Joshua has a passion for offering strategic advice to high-growth companies, especially those involved in retail, consumer goods and online operations. He’s also a Director of Monash Private Capital, a Sydney-based, independent principal investment and advisory firm providing capital, asset management and strategic advisory solutions.
George has over 20 years’ experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, both in the U.S. and internationally.
