Upside Down Bakery

At Upside Down Bakery we are flipping baking on it's head with our new Keto-Friendly Microwaveable Muffins, Pancakes, and Brownie cups. 

It all started when we began following the keto diet. The one thing we craved most was delicious sweets and treats like brownies, muffins, and pancakes. We quickly realized that there weren't many convenient and good-for-you product options out there. The products on the market didn't taste great, and often times upset our stomach. We knew we could come up with more delicious and healthier options, so we did just that. 

After 11 months of R&D we came up with a product that is healthy and truly tastes amazing. We used new and innovative ingredients to accomplish this. Like Allulose, a rare sugar that looks and tastes identical to traditional sugar but has nearly zero effect on blood sugar. Our products are great for diabetics, keto and paleo dieters, or anyone looking to reduce their sugar intake without giving up the delicious sweets they love.
