Sweet Mae's Cookie Company is a premium stuffed cookie company with a southern accent. We currently offer 10 flavors in our line (all 10 sold online at different times) but only 3 are offered to retail. The flavor profiles and combinations of our cookies is what I, Co-Founder, Tiffany, grew up on in the South.  

What sets our baked goods apart from others is our delicious homemade cookies are all made with brown butter dough. What is brown butter? Glad you asked! Haha! Brown Butter has a toasty and nutty taste not found in regular butter. It is regular butter that has been cooked a tiny bit past the melting point, to toast the milk solids found in butter. This creates the magical nutty flavor that you just won't get with regular butter. Also, let's not forget our cookies are stuffed with yummy goodness like Cookie Butter, Nutella, Cream Cheese and more. 

My inspiration for opening our stuffed cookie shop is my love and passion for food, sweets and baking. I come from a southern family that can cook and bake. Baking is something my family has done for generations and I gained a strong attachment to it. From a young age I'd help my grandmother and mother bake different goodies and became a natural at it. My ultimate goal for our cookie shop is to be an extension of my family's legacy, produce the best stuffed cookies, put smiles on people's faces, and leave people with happy bellies!
