Born on the shores of the largest Fresh Water Lake in the World, our coffee roasting company sought to bring to life a product that was in tune with the nature that surrounded us, and to be Superior in every way we can - without being pretentious of course! 

Key elements that differentiate us from the competition, will include:

1)  Our uniquely crafted side gusseted bags w/flat bottom fold system which not only look sharp, but provide the best stability on the shelf in todays packaging market.  No more leaning or falling over packing for stock personnel to constantly straighten up. 

2) Our coffee blends and single origin labels and packaging design to resonate with the younger and environmentally conscious buyer of today.  Our focus is on water quality and how it plays a key element in coffee quality. The Great Lakes that are so near to us lend inspiration to the cause, and the non-profit partners that we work with.  We're a company with a mission; and we plan to grow that mission year over year!

3) We also offer a very unique line of flavored coffee that is flavored with All Natural and Organic Compliant ingredients.  Furthermore, it's a "dry" flavoring method that transfers evenly and eliminates the need for propylene glycol as the transferring agent - used in the majority of flavored coffee.  Propylene glycol lends bitterness to the coffee immediately, and makes the beans sticky, which is a major issue with coffee grinders.  You really have to try it to appreciate the difference!  

Our goal is to partner with regional brands that have a similar focus on quality products, and who a) cater to a clientele of buyer who appreciate the freshness of products made in a regionally local distribution area, and b) clientele who appreciate the concerted effort we make to do more as stewards of our natural resources here in North America.  Our recommendation has always been to give us a try in a test market that fits well for you and for us both, and grow things from there.
