Pretty Thai®

Pretty Thai® is a line of specialty sauces and spices, born and raised in Austin, TX.  Pretty Thai® was inspired by Kristen and Robert's food truck, 'Pretty Thai For A White Guy', which opened in January of 2013 immediately following their graduation from Culinary School.  Their food truck was featured on Season 5 of Eat Street on the Cooking Channel and Food Network Canada. We are proud to be a NVBDC Service Disabled Veteran certified owned business. 

Quality, Flavor, and Versatility are the core principles at Pretty Thai®. We never cut corners at Pretty Thai®, instead we pair real, honest, simple ingredients with classic culinary techniques to create one-of-a-kind, flavor focused sauces and spices. True flavor is a combination of balanced ingredients and proper execution; and because of this quality, we think you'll see how easy and versatile our products are to cook with, or simply add big flavor to any dish. Our attention to detail is evident at first bite, and we promise you and your tastebuds will never get bored with Pretty Thai®️. 

We launched our brand with five skus in the Spring of 2016, attracting the attention of Central Market and expanding into all Central Market stores by January 2017.  In the spring of 2018, Pretty Thai® updated their packaging, launched three new sauces, and obtained distribution with KeHE.

We received the honor of being named a 2018 H-E-B Quest For Texas Best Finalist launching our Peanut, Muay Thai, and Sweet Chili Sauces into 200+ H-E-B stores in January 2019.  Pretty Thai® is an exclusive H-E-B brand (Primo Pick) in the State of Texas, and is located in three different sections of the store, to include: Condiments, Spices, and the Cooking Connection.  We recently updated our packaging in early 2020 to coincide with receiving our Gluten Free (GFCO) and non GMO project verifications for all our products.

In addition to Pretty Thai®, Kristen and Robert formed the Palmer Nicklaus Foundation, a tax exempt 501 (c) (3), in honor of their son Palmer who passed away on May 17th, 2017 at 47-days old.  Palmer was diagnosed with Heterotaxy Syndrome and several Congenital Heart Defects.  Pretty Thai® will donate a portion of its proceeds to support the Palmer Nicklaus Foundation with the mission to feed families in the hospital fighting for their children.
