We take the utmost pride in our product and quality to our customers.  Currently we are only roasting 1-2 days a week, Due to the new acquisition of a larger roaster and packaging machine.  We are looking to expand our sales regionally and nationally.  We are currently in Distribution on the west coast with C&S wholesale.

We specialize in 100% Organic & Fair Trade Coffee.  Our coffee is always fresh roasted in house by master roaster Chris Nichols.   With 20 years in the industry.   Our quality and Service will be unmatched by the much larger companies.

Muddy Waters and Rescue Roasts bring quality and savings unmatched by any other company.   Slow and steady growth has allowed us to develop long lasting relationships in the industry.   As far as grocery stores go, the product is in 50 local or surrounding stores including, Costco, Safeway,  Co-ops, Murphy's Markets, Natural Foods stores, Ray's, Nugget  and other small markets. 

We offer case placement discounts , as well as holiday specials and quarterly sales.  We also make custom in isle and end cap sustainably harvested redwood shelving from a local mill here in Humboldt county. 

We are currently offering ready to ship case's with 2lb zipper top bags.  Great for pallet deals , and rock bottom pricing for our bulk customers.
