Cordoba Foods has been manufacturing Gaucho Ranch Chimichurri and Dulce de Leche since 2005. We have a full line of retail and foodservice products. 

Gaucho Ranch Chimichurri sauces and Dulce de Leche are made in the US and have national and international presence. 

Both products have clean label. Nut Free, Gluten Free, no artificial flavors or preservatives.

Our facility is Women Owned,  Kosher and SQF Level 2 Certified. 

Our Chimichurri has 12 months shelf life and our Dulce de Leche has 18 months shelf life.

We offer 4 promotions per year through our distribution channels. We have ample production capacity and provide private label services.
