Betty Lou's was founded over 37 years ago by a single mother with 2 sons, one of whom had food allergies. When she searched for foods and snacks that were Gluten-Free and healthy for her boys, she found that they tasted horrible. The boys thought they tasted horrible too.  So Ms. Betty Lou set out to make her own snacks that tasted great and were healthy and natural. Hence, how Betty Lou's Inc. came to be.  All of our products are Gluten Free and Non-GMO, some of them are Non-GMO Project verified and some are USDA certified organic.  Betty Lou's offers a variety of products such as  Vegan, Vegetarian, and Paleo options. We have a little something for everyone.
