What started as a way to bring authentic Brazilian-style açaí to our friends and family and has quickly grown into more with a complete line of Pure SuperFruit freezer packs perfect for juices, smoothies, yogurts, acai bowls and more. Each Amafruits product helps preserve a piece of the treasured Amazon Rainforest, “the lungs of our planet,” through fair trade practices that provide the economic incentive to those in the Amazon to protect the native environment for sustainable harvesting instead of clear-cutting rainforest for other destructive land uses. In 2015, we added our line of Organic Acai Sorbets for ready to eat options to complement the line of pure super fruit packs. We have a vertically integrated supply chain with direct partnership in our Brazilian fruit production facilities. Besides retail and foodservice channels, we offer private label to retailers and bulk ingredients to manufacturers. We work with many national and regional distributors and we are continually expanding wholesale options.
