All these simultaneous market forces can overwhelm retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) suppliers, and inspire these companies to combine forces to gain a competitive edge.<br><br><strong>How retail partnerships can lead to profit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admittedly collaborative retail partnerships can increase business complexity, as successful partnerships depend upon open, ongoing communication, including sharing accurate, timely information across the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rangeme.com\/blog\/infographic-supply-chain-reinvention-2007-vs-2017\/\">supply chain<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yet, as these figures show, retail collaborations can pay off:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>70%<\/strong> of retailers say data sharing significantly improves the quality of collaboration and dialogue between trading partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>75%<\/strong> of suppliers see data sharing with retailers as an important strategic initiative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>78%<\/strong> increase in retailer sales result when retailers have a high level of trust in their vendors (compared to a low level of trust).<span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_5925_1('footnote_plugin_reference_5925_1_1');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_5925_1('footnote_plugin_reference_5925_1_1');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_5925_1_1\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">1<\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_5925_1_1\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\"> 63 Statistics that Prove Brands Benefit from Investing in Retailer Collaboration Tools.
